As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she is committed to teaching parents to parent themselves first, so they can finally become the conscious parents they never had. She specializes in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, child-parent attachment issues, family dynamics needs, and adjustments to life's stressors. Bryana has worked in therapeutic preschools, community mental health settings, and private practice, and is the voice behind Conscious Mommy. She has a book coming out in the Spring of 2025 called Parent Yourself First.
